Thanks to Sheila for finding this deal and posting it on Facebook.. There is a limit of 1,000 tickets. It is while supplies last, send it in ASAP. Limit 1 per person / household. Just mail in the 3.5" x 5" card with your info in an envelope (Sheila put hers in an envelope)...no return envelope needed. It does take about 1-1/2 to 2 weeks to get back the ticket. You MUST be 21 yrs old to get the ticket.
