Realistic Owl with Flashing Eyes and Sound

I bought this owl to keep rabbits and whatever else was eating the stuff in my garden.  It is realistic in size.  The eyes flash and it makes sounds when anything goes in front of it, though the range to make the eyes flash or make a sound varied.  Sometimes it was like 4 or 5 ft away and other times, it had to be within a foot.  It is solar powered, so no need for batteries to keep it running.

I added on some reflective tape to the sides of the owl to make it look like it was flapping its wings.  So far, the bunnies and whatever else eats stuff in my garden have been scared away!
